Style Investing has been developed in behaviral finance literature. In Style Investing, the investors first classify the investment options based common attribute and then buy their target asset from the selected group. This common attribute is called "Style". In this research, the use of "industry" as a Style in "Style Investing" has been survied. Correlation of retail investors transactions at the industry level was investigated by controlling variables of size and book value to market value. In order to test the research hypotheses, a sample of 8 milions transactions related to 335 firms was selected through a systematic elimination from the listed firms in the Tehran Stock Exchange between 2008 and 2014. The results showed that industry is used as a "Style" by retail investors. In addition, the use of size and book value as a "Style" was observed.

The purpose of accounting, as an information system, is to provide information needs and improve economic decisions. In this research, the use of accounting information as a Style in "Style Investing" has been surveyed. In Style investment, instead of paying attention to a particular company, assets are first categorized on the basis of a specific attribute then an asset is selected from that category. The accounting variables are the earnings per share, the book value, the size, and the operating cash flows to sales ratio. The sample includes 381 companies listed in Tehran Stock Exchange between 1387 and 1393. The results show that all of the variables are used as "Style" by investors; however, the operating cash flow ratio narrowly used. According to the results, companies with lower the earnings per share, book value and size have experienced higher purchasing demand.

The current research was conducted with the aim of the effect of attachment Style on emotion regulation with the mediating role of identity Style. The research method was descriptive and structural equation analysis. The statistical population of the research was all second year high school students of Kashan city in the academic year of 1400-1401, of which 500 people were selected by random cluster method. Data were collected based on three questionnaires: Gross & Jan (2003) Emotional Regulation Inventory, Identity Style Scale (6G-ISI) and Collins and Reid (1990) Attachment Style Questionnaire. The data are obtained by structural equation modeling and using Laserl 8.8 and 26 spss software. analyzed. Based on the results, secure attachment Style at a significance level of 0.01, avoidant attachment Style at a significance level of 0.05, and ambivalent attachment Style at a significance level of 0.01 directly predicted emotion regulation. Among the three attachments, secure attachment Style predicted emotion regulation at a significant level of 0.01, with the mediation of identity Styles. Informational identity Style at a significance level of 0.01, confused identity Style at a significance level of 0.05 directly predicted emotion regulation. Among the three attachments, only the secure attachment Style at a significance level of 0.01 had a significant role in predicting the normative identity Style. According to the results of this study, emotion regulation is one of the most important constructs of educational psychology and an important factor in determining mental health and successful performance. It is in education that the factors affecting emotion regulation and its antecedents should be identified. Planning for training and holding educational workshops in this field in schools is suggested for students.

In this research, the application of "industry based Style Investing" and the momentum strategy among retail investors have been studied. In Style Investing, selection process takes place in two steps. First, target Style and then one of the members of target Style are chosen. In this research, target Style is industry. In industry based Style invesing, the choice of investment is not based on the information of a particular firm, but with the attention of industry level information. A sample of 22 industries was selected through a systematic elimination from the listed firms in Tehran Stock Exchange between 2008 and 2014. The results showed that the industry is used as a "Style" by retail investors. However, the use of the momentum strategy among retail investors has not been observed and is seen against the reverse strategy. It seems that in the industry level, negative news is more effective and herd behavior for selling is significant. High activity on sell side may be due to the pessimism of retail investors.

The servant leadership Style as a new approach may be beneficial for promoting the performance of the members of the organization by fostering their attitudes and behaviors, such as performance and job craving for organizational leaders, therefore, the organization needs leaders who have special leadership Styles awareness. This research aims to investigate the relationship between the servant Style of leadership and the performance and job enthusiasm of the employees of the contractors of Mobarakeh steel company in Isfahan. The research method in this research is a survey method using three standard questionnaires and is considered as an applied research. The data analysis tool was SPSS and AMOS software. The statistical population of this research includes senior, middle, and junior personnel of the construction companies (two contracting companies) under supervision of Mobarakeh Steel Central Repair Department in Isfahan. The total sample size in this research is equal to 159 people selected by available sampling method. In order to determine the existence or non-existence of the relationship between variables, estimating and generalizing the results from the sample size, the Kolmogorov-Smirnov tests, the simple and multivariate correlation model, and one-sample t-test, have been used to examine the research hypotheses. According to the findings of this research, there is a positive and significant relationship between servant leadership Style and job enthusiasm and job performance of employees of Mobarakeh Steel contractor companies in Isfahan. Also, the results of this research have shown that servant leadership Style, employee performance, and job enthusiasm in Mobarakeh steel contractor companies in Isfahan are in a favorable position and the job enthusiasm variable has a minor role as a mediator variable in the relationship between the two variables of servant leadership Style and employee performance.

Background and Objectives: Septic arthritis is an uncommon condition in neonates. It is a serious disorder, especially because of the possibility of sequelae, if not identified and treated early. In addition, due to the rarity of this condition in neonates and the paucity of signs and symptoms, the diagnosis of septic arthritis is more difficult in older children. The published literature is limited to case series, which is why the purpose of this systematic review is to provide a comprehensive summary of neonatal septic arthritis based on the existing literature. This study identifies the changing trends over time, specifically focusing on intravenous cannulation as a major risk factor that led to the undertaking of the study. Methods: The preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analyses protocol guidelines were used in this study. Three search engines were used for 239 articles. A total of 26 studies were screened in full text, of which 16 articles underwent quantitative analysis. Due to limited data and heterogeneous reporting, the data were summarized descriptively. Results: The total number of babies and joints studied was 307 and 313, respectively, of which the proportion of male babies was mentioned in 12 case series, accounting for 136(228) (60% [42%-71%]) subjects. The most common presenting symptoms were swelling at the involved joint, erythema, and decreased range of motion in variable order. The most common site of involvement was the hip joint (42%), followed by the knee joint (27%). Staphylococcus aureus (40%) was the most commonly cultured pathogen, followed by Klebsiella (18%). Antibiotics were reported in only 12% (38 babies) of the cases. Open surgery was performed on 16% of the 49 babies. The rest of the babies responded to joint aspiration and irrigation, with or without immobilization. Prompt laboratory and radiographic evaluations could help reduce delays in diagnosis and improve outcomes. Blood and tissue cultures were positive in most of the cases. Previous culture reports for the same unit guide the addition of empirical antibiotics. Conclusions: In our case series, the majority of the babies were premature. The most common joint involved is the hip joint. The most common underlying cause is sepsis and catheterization. Intravenous canulation is also a major risk factor because of the continuity of metaphysis and epiphysial vessels. The most common presenting symptom is local signs. Unexplained fever and irritability make it better to look for a local examination of joints. Follow-up is mandatory as a long-term sequel is more.
